This symposium examines the theoretical development and clinical applications of Ego State Therapy (EST) in Japan, tracing its evolution from personality-based foundations to trauma-informed and mind–body integrative practices.
The panel will discuss Ego State Therapy as an emerging model of the multidimensional self and the presenters will highlight how Ego State Therapy has been adapted and expanded across various contexts.
