Please note: A minimum of 5 participants is required for the training to proceed as scheduled.

1. No registrations will be confirmed without proof of payment.
2. Bank and administration costs incurred will be for the participants account. 
3. Dr Hartman reserves the right to refuse admission if proof of payment cannot be supplied.
4. In the event of cancellation of this event participants will be informed and all training fees will be refunded.
